We rely on donations from individuals, businesses, churches and civic groups In order to provide assistance. Our goal is for at least 95% of your donation to go directly to our neighbors in crisis. Because we are a 501(c)(3) organization, your donation is tax deductible. LCEF can only be successful with community support. We recently received a donation from a church group. They sent an accompanying letter, which stated, “There is no doubt in our minds that LCEF is providing a much needed and valuable service to the residents of Louisa County. The work you do on a regular basis to help those less fortunate in our community is truly amazing. Your efforts are gifts from God to the ones who need it.”
